Has my order shipped?

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by clicking here.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

I received the wrong product.

We try our best to avoid shipping mistakes, however human errors can occur. If you feel that you have received the wrong product by error, please contact customer service within 2 business days of receiving the product so we can straighten the situation. How do I return my product?

What is your return policy?

Without the purchase of our optional $3.50 insurance policy, all sales are considered FINAL; non exchangeable - non refundable. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. If your item is in stock it, we will get it out to you as per the following schedule:
ALL UPS orders received by 4:10pm EST Enjoy Same Day Shipping!
ALL POSTAL orders received by 1:30pm EST Enjoy Same Day Shipping!
SweetPee.com knows you want your merchandise right now. That's why we'll try to process all in-stock orders placed before 4:10PM (Eastern Time) the same business day.


Any orders received after these cutoff times will ship the following business day. No shipping on weekends or Holidays.
With shipping services ranging from Standard/Ground to Next business day delivery, our shipping choices guarantee that your order will arrive at the right time and at the right price.
As for the FREE SHIPPING; simply look for the logo to enjoy FREE SHIPPING on selected items throughout the store. If items in your order which qualify for 'Free Priority Shipping' total $99 or more before any tax and shipping your order ships for FREE!
US Customers: Free Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (1-5 BUSINESS days not guaranteed. No Sunday delivery or holidays)
Canadian Customers: Free Shipping is via USPS First Class Package

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Presently SweetPee only ships to USA & Canada. However, we've got plans on offering our product line to the European market very soon.

What are my payment choices?

SweetPee.com accepts all major credit cards, Visa / Mastercard debit cards and Paypal. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. Please note that we will not ship your order until your payment is confirmed.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only Canadian residents will have to pay a federal sales tax of 5%. Quebec residents will pay an extra 7.5% of provincial sales tax.
While residents of Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador will have to pay a combined total of 13% HST tax.
Nova Scotia residents will have to pay a combined total of 15% HST tax (we feel your pain!).
Finally, British Columbia residents will have to pay a combined total of 12% HST tax.
All orders shipped to New York will be charged 8% state tax.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
